Not necessarily everyone in the same armor. Black and Red like the Colossus X Armor from the first one. I actually think this is a better solution (in ME1, you had everyone running around almost-but-not-quite matching, but now everyone has their own unique, character-appropriate getup), but to each their own. While no confirmation one way or the other, it appears each character has his/her own unique uniform, which may be unchangeable. You'll be able to modify you armor with custom.
At a glance, it appears identical to the one used by Mass Effect 2. I just hate not having everyone look uniformed. The trailer starts with a look at Mass Effect 3's armor customization interface. Hopefully you can customize ALL of your teams equipment because thing I hated about the first game was the fact that it was so hard to have everyone look the same while having everyone fully upgraded or on the same page. " I'm really starting to get impatient for ME2 now.
